Greg
Greg Lightfoot is a former restaurant sommelier and bike nut. He spent most of his working life in restaurants where he developed his love and understanding of wine, that along with a healthy network in the industry. Greg likes to spend time discovering Victoria by bike and trying new wines by the glass. Greg and Rik exchange notes on bike riding coaching and new comedy acts.
Rik
Rik Symes has worked in Outdoor Education since 1997. Originally a climber and bushwalker, a stint as a Melbourne bicycle messenger got him hooked on mountain bike racing and bikes generally. He’s has made a living introducing others to cycling since 2005. Nowadays a lover of cycle touring, Rik’s favourite discipline is discovering countries and countryside via loaded off-road touring bike.
